PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES FORMER STATE HOUSE PERMSEC, ENGR EMODI AT 65

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu sends his warm greetings to Engr. Nebolisa Olisaeloka Emodi, former Permanent Secretary, State House, and Chairman of Ideas and Visions Consultancy Limited, on his 65th birthday, August 25, 2026.

President Tinubu describes Emodi as a seasoned bureaucrat whose distinguished career in public service and engineering has been marked by competence, integrity, and an enduring commitment to national development.

The President commends Emodi’s role as the State House Permanent Secretary who ensured a smooth transition after the 2015 election.

Before his stewardship in the State House from 2014 to 2015, Emodi had earlier served as Permanent Secretary, in the Federal Ministry of Transport, where he supervised efforts to resuscitate Nigeria’s railway system between 2011 and 2014.

“As a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering, you have remained an invaluable asset to the nation, demonstrating professionalism, technical expertise, and capacity in providing steady leadership and mentorship for aspiring leaders in the field of technology and engineering.

“On this milestone, I wish you well and pray that Almighty God will grant you many more years in good health, wisdom, and strength, as you continue to contribute to nation building,” the President says.
