This year’s Africa Public Service Day was celebrated individually by the different Ministries, Departments and Agencies in Uganda as per the guidance from the Ministry of Public Service due to the current public health concerns in the Country.

Annually, the Africa Public Service Day is observed on 23rd June with aim to recognise the value and virtue of Public Service to the Community.  The APSD highlights the contributions of civil servants, showcases innovations in government operations and encourages efficiency and integrity across public institutions in African Union member states.  END.
