CELEBRATIONS FOR MARKING HIS MAJESTY THE KING’S BIRTHDAY ARE ONGOING IN MOKHOTLONG DISTRICT WITH RESIDENTS EXPRESSING JOY AT CELEBRATING ALONGSIDE THEIR MAJESTIES.

Mokhotlong communities, dignitaries and external communities gathered in Multitudes for His Majesty’s 63rd the King Birthday at Malingoaneng in Mokhotlong District Celebration prior to King’s birthday main event on the 17th July 2026.

Earlier their Majesties received the Holy Eucharist at the Mass at St. Martins Roman Catholic Church ahead of District Birthday celebrations.

King Letsie 111 was born on the 17th July 1963 at Scott Hospital at Morija in Maseru Lesotho, he’s the first son of the late King Moshoeshoe 11 and Queen ‘Mamohato Bereng Seeiso. He married Karabo Anna Motso’eneng who is Her Majesty Queen ‘Masenate Mohato Seeiso and they have three [3] Children, Princess Senate, Princess ‘Maseeiso and Prince Lerotholi.
