Former students of the Revolution School visit ‘Zero’

Massawa, 03 October 2026 – Former students of the Revolution School from the Air and Naval Forces, Fish Corporation, Cement Factory, education office in the Northern Red Sea Region, Northern Red Sea Region administration and other institutions in the region visited ‘Zero’, the former Revolution School. The visit was organized in connection with the Golden Jubilee of the establishment of the Revolution School.

During the tour, conducted from 28 to 30 September, participants visited historic trenches from the struggle for independence and received briefings from veteran liberation fighters who had been stationed there.

Upon arriving at ‘Zero’, located in Aflag administrative area, Qarura sub-zone, the participants held discussions with the school’s students and teachers, as well as residents of the administrative area.

At the event, the former students of the Revolution School extended school and sports materials to the school and pledged to provide further support in the future.

‘Zero’ is the historic site where the first Revolution School was established in September 1976.
