Programs in Connection with Golden Jubilee of Revolution School Concluded

Asmara, 22 September 2026- Programs conducted across the country and abroad in connection with the Golden Jubilee of the establishment of the Revolution School, under the theme “Vibrant Commemoration: New Impetus for Nation Building,” concluded on 20 September.

At the concluding events held in Massawa at the Northern Red Sea Region level, Barentu at the Gash Barka Region level, Mendefera at the Southern Region level, and Keren at the Anseba Region level, administrators, dignitaries, and invited guests delivered speeches focusing on the history of the school and the farsighted vision of the EPLF in laying the foundation for the future education system in the country.

The events featured cultural and artistic performances, sports competitions, awards to winners, seminars focusing on the role and legacy of the Revolution School, and the sharing of experiences about life at the school.

Former students of the Revolution School, the Ministry of Education, the Commission of Culture and Sports, and other Government institutions were commended for their participation and contribution to the implementation of the colorful events.

Similar commemoration programs were also conducted by national in various countries.
