Various Activities in Connection with Golden Jubilee of Revolution School

Asmara, 18 September 2026 – Various activities in connection with the Golden Jubilee of the establishment of Revolution School are being conducted in the Central Region.

Mr. Asmerom Tsegabrhan, Director General of Culture and Sports in the region, said that three months of preparations had been carried out to colorfully commemorate the event in Asmara and its environs.

The sub-zonal administrators and heads of education offices said that the establishment of Revolution School was a historic event that reflected the farsightedness of the EPLF and that the victory achieved despite the challenges encountered had laid the foundation for a bright future.

The event will be highlighted by cultural and artistic performances involving several cultural troupes.
